U.S. News & World Report 2019 Best Colleges Guidebook: “A number of schools offer the THRIVE program developed by Philadelphia-area therapist Christie Versagli to teach students evidence-based skills for increasing their well-being and life satisfaction. The program, which delves into how to manage thoughts, health, relationships, impact, vision, and emotions, has been presented by Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Hamilton, and Franklin and Marshall in Pennsylvania. According to Terry Martinez, vice president and dean of students at Hamilton, undergrads have praised THRIVE for equipping them with insights and skills that help them feel fulfilled, empowered and prepared to deal with daily challenges.”
THRIVE was presented by invitation at the 100th annual NASPA conference in 2018.
